Size & Fit
- Our clothing is consciously designed to fit a broad range of body types.
- Most items include a size chart and fit guidance. Items are true to size except where noted.
- We typically recommend clients choose their regular size; size up for a more relaxed look; or size down for a more fitted look.
- We will gladly answer questions about size and fit. If you're not satisfied with the fit, we offer free shipping on exchanges. See Contact, below, for details.
Shipping
- We ship worldwide and offer a range of carriers and rates, including low cost and express services, available to review before you checkout.
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days. You will receive an order confirmation when your order is placed and a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
- We typically ship using cardboard packaging that is readily reusable and recyclable.
- Some international regions may charge additional fees, due at the destination.
- In the event your package is lost or stolen following delivery, neither the carrier or One DNA can be held liable for any reimbursement costs.
- Please track your package and be ready to receive it at the delivery time.
Returns & Exchanges
- Items may be refunded, returned for store credit, or exchanged within 30 days of the received date.
- We offer free shipping on exchanges.
- Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- Sale, intimate (such as face masks and swimwear), sample, and vintage items are not eligible.
